At I Don’t Know Agency LLC (IDK Agency), artificial intelligence is used as a creative production tool within a human-led creative direction process. This policy outlines how AI technology is incorporated into our workflow, how intellectual property is handled, and how we ensure responsible creative practices.

Our Creative Philosophy

IDK Agency is a creative direction studio first. Artificial intelligence is used to assist in visual development, concept exploration, and production efficiency. Every project is guided by human creative direction, art direction, editing, and final quality control. AI tools are used to support the creative process, not replace it.‍ ‍

AI Assisted Production

To produce high quality visual content, IDK Agency may incorporate AI assisted tools during the creative workflow. These tools may be used for:

• visual concept development
• product visualization
• editorial imagery
• scene composition
• visual ideation
• post production enhancements

All deliverables are reviewed, curated, and finalized by the creative direction team before delivery.

Transparency in Creative Process

When AI tools are used as part of the production process, they function as creative tools within a larger human directed workflow.

Final images may include a combination of:

• AI generated visual elements
• digital editing and compositing
• color grading and post production
• human creative direction and refinement

This hybrid process allows IDK Agency to deliver visually advanced content while maintaining strong creative oversight.

AI Training Data Disclaimer

IDK Agency does not control, manage, or influence the training datasets used by third party artificial intelligence platforms. AI systems used in our workflow are developed and maintained by independent technology providers.

As such, IDK Agency cannot guarantee the specific sources used in the training of these models.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

Clients receive a commercial usage license for the final deliverables upon full payment, as outlined in the project agreement or Terms of Service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright ownership of the creative work remains with IDK Agency. Clients may use deliverables for marketing, advertising, editorial, and commercial purposes consistent with the project agreement.

Prohibited Use of Deliverables

To protect the integrity of creative work produced by IDK Agency, clients may not:

• use deliverables to train machine learning models
• upload deliverables into AI image training datasets
• resell the work as stock imagery
• claim authorship of the creative production process

Any use of IDK Agency work for AI training or dataset development requires written permission.

Ethical Use of AI

IDK Agency is committed to responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence technologies.

We do not knowingly create content that:

• impersonates real individuals without consent
• spreads misinformation or deceptive imagery
• violates intellectual property rights
• promotes harmful or illegal activity

All creative work is produced within ethical creative standards.

Creative Integrity

While AI tools allow for innovative visual creation, the value of the final work comes from:

• creative direction
• visual storytelling
• artistic judgment
• concept development
• production oversight

IDK Agency’s role is to guide the entire creative process from concept to final execution.
